We are still in Squid 1.1.10 and I do not see any way to force a reload
in the Cache Manager. Is this a feature added after 1.1.10?

On the other hand, Peter Eisenhauer <pe@pipetronix.de> told me to telnet
to the Squid port and issue a PURGE <url_to_purge> HTTP/1.0 command.
I did this and it worked just fine, a fresh copy was loaded from the
original source.
