Generally none of the streaming formats (like Realaudio) can be cached
(see the brief discussion of last weekend, about Realaudio 4).

Can't do anything for games either. The most common approach seems to be
to try to keep people local, by supplying them with local servers to play upon.
They'll also get better response that way.
