cache_stoplist not working?

Hi,

I have this line in the squid.conf file, as default :
        cache_stoplist cgi-bin ?

But I can still see URLs with "cgi-bin" appearing in the cache_swap_log file :

1.1.14 and 1.NOVM.14 do not seem to have this problem. Is this a bug
introduced in 1.NOVM.15 or a problem with my configuration?

I have tried to use cache_stoplist_pattern but it didn't help.
1.NOVM.16 has the same problem.
