Unknown OP Code?

Hello All,

For some reason i got this popping up in my cache.log and messages log:

Can someone let me know what this means? I am using Squid Cache version
1.1.9 for i486-pc-linux-gnu with knl 2.0.30 (RH4.1). Ive never seen these
appear in my logs before and its got me intrigued..
