Dear all,

In the cache managers interface (cachemgr.cgi) I see at out Top-level
Cache a lot of "deferred reads"..
For HTTP: deferred reads: 205414 (10%), FTP: deferred reads: 60788 (29%)
When I look one of our First level caches, I see more "normal" figures like
"0%" or (at the most) "2%" ..

I like to know what these "deferred reads" are, if the are "harmfull" and
what can/must be done about it ....

Cheers, Henny
