This is really odd because I can't reproduce the problem. The only
thing I've noticed is that while the ie4.asp was a TCP_HIT,
default.asp is always a TCP_REFRESH_MISS for me. However, you are
getting a HIT. This shouldn't happen because the HTTP headers of
http://www.microsoft.com/default.asp say "Cache-control: private"
which should explicitly tell squid not to cache it, so you should
never get a hit!

Are you overriding this property in your configuration somehow?
