NOVM == Always quick abort ???

Hi,

  I'm switching from basic squid to NOVM, to see if this optimize
my memory usage. But I have a problem.

  It seems that NOVM always quick abort the conections, even with
quick_abort set to -1 0 0. Is this a bug or a feature ?

  I really don't want to quick abort, since we use this to "prefetch"
pages we know we will look at soon.
