Cannot start squid, errmsg = "Can't open tmp swaplog"

Hello there!

I have downloaded squid-1.NOVM.16-3.i386.rpm from ftp.redhat.com and
installed on my computer :

Pentium 100 MHz, 16 Mb RAM, RedHat Linux 4.2 , 2.0.30 kernel

I executed :

squid -Z
        and after that
RunCache &

I've got the following error message :

FATAL: storeStartRebuildFromDisk: Can't open tmp swaplog

Is there any directory or file that I must create it (swaplog) ?

Please cc direct to me (teo@flex.ro) because I'm not on squid-users
list!
