YEP, but sites tend to use them. If you want to enable it the is a
compile-time setting in 1.18 now (if I'm correct) You can also change it
yourself. Just find the piece of code with the accepted chars in the
host-name and add a "_".

But mainly these sites need to be told to change because this is a violation
of the RFC's regarding DNS. (I also added the "_" for our site because I
can't explain to users why the proxy denies them access while they can reach
the site from home...)
