Have you defined the "all" ACL? Squid 1.2 contains NO predefined ACL
lists.

"all" can be used as a shorthand for 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0 in IP lists, but
not as a ACL unless defined.

The distributed squid.conf includes a example for a "all" ACL rule:
acl all src 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0 (which could be abbrevated to "acl all src
all")

acl all src all
http_access all

and it was accepted, with the "latest patches" (dated 29/11). I am using
Linux.
