Squid 15.NOVM on Linux 2.0.0

Hi everbody,

I build my HTTP Proxy, with Squid 15.NOVM on Linux 2.0.0.

I access some pages and them squid alloc cache to them.
Others users access the proxy by Netscape, and contact the machine
on port 3128, all clear.

But some time, It's doesn't work the squid is not contacted and the page
is search on the real source, anybody press the button Reload.

The machine has 16 Mb of Memory RAM, and 800Mb of Winchester,
in squid.conf the cache_mem is 3.

Is this correct?
