The uri-res script MUST be available as

    http://www.cs.utk.edu/uri-res/N2L

Then in your browser window you type something like

    urn:www.cs.utk.edu/~smartin/

BTW, your attempts found more than 1 coredump-causing bug in the Squid
URN code. Keep it up! :-)
