We are peering with several SQUID servers. From the SQUID document, it
appears to me that SQUID gets the data from the fastest responded
server. However, that is not my cheapest peer!
The weight parameter, according to the document, is only a way to select
the parent, not the peer.
Can you suggest any way to select peers?
