Yeah, you can do this with a simple redirector script, but ethically
you'd want to think of a better reason for doing so - eg bandwidth
saving.

Browsing through the mail archives (or in the contrib directory of
Squid) should net you a couple of decent scripts - some of them
even aimed to nail banners.
