Read squid.conf again ;-)

Two methods available:

hierarchy_stoplist http://galileoserver.here.net/
or
neighbor_type_domain parent.cache.net sibling galileoserver.here.net

The first forces the sibling cache to go direct.

The second changes the relationship to sibling<->sibling, fetching only
cache hits from the "parent" server, all galileo cache misses go direct.
