FATAL: xcalloc: Unable to allocate 1 blocks of 4 bytes!

Lately I have been having problems with Squid (Version 1.2.beta14) using
FreeBSD 2.2.5-RELEASE. Every couple of mins, squid stops and the cache.log
reports:

Squid Cache (Version 1.2.beta14): Terminated abnormally.
CPU Usage: 35.834 seconds
Maximum Resident Size: 33360 KB
Page faults with physical i/o: 0
1998/05/12 19:13:19| storeDirWriteCleanLogs: Starting...
FATAL: xcalloc: Unable to allocate 1 blocks of 4 bytes!

I am running squid alone on a Pentium 200, 128 Megs of RAM and a 6 Gig HD.
Top reports squids using about 33 megs of RAM. There is about 2 gigs free
on the Hard Disks.

Here is my squid.conf:

http_port 8080
debug_options ALL,1
acl all src 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
acl tocache proto HTTP FTP
http_access allow all
icp_access allow all
cache_mem 60 MB
cache_mem_low 75
cache_mem_high 90
cache_swap_low 90
cache_swap_high 95
cache_effective_user squid squid
cache_effective_user nobody nogroup
cache_dir /drive2/cache 5000 16 256

Any solutions would be much appreciated.

Thank You,
Jason McKay.
