1.2b21 and later properly detects crypt() on RH5 and others that require
-lcrypt (b20 failed. earlier than b20 (or was it b19?) didn't bother
checking).
If it doesn't then you probably have a old config.cache file. "make
distclean" is a safe bet after upgrading/patching squid sources.
