This is presumably the same argument applied to people using any form of
encryption without having intimate knowledge of the source code (if you
don't know what the source code could be doing, then you certainly don't
know everything that the compiled code will be doing). You know, the one
which if everyone followed, would result in 90% of the world never running
anything other than an assembler version of "hello, world" on their PC :-)
