Squid 1.1.21 hang in Solaris 2.6.

I've problem in running Squid 1.1.21 in Solaries 2.6. The problem like

CPU Usage: user 0 sys 0
Maximum Resident Size: 0 KB
Page faults with physical i/o: 0
FATAL: Unable to open configuration file: start: (2) No such file or
directory
Squid Cache (Version 1.1.20): Terminated abnormally.

Is there any change in Solaris Kernel?
