File Permissions

Hi,

Whenever I try to bring up squid it will exit "abnormally" because it gets a "Permission denied" when trying to access the follow files:

nobody rw-rw-r /var/log/squid/cache.log
nobody rw-rw-r /var/log/squid/access.log

Can anyone tell what the correct permissions should be.
