You could use the redirector feature in squid to return the _one_ address
you want everyone to be able to surf to. This way no matter what url they
entered in the browser it would send them to your _one_ allowed url.
You could also use the redirector to give them a page telling them that they
can only go to the one url and then link to it on the page you show them.
