This is my fault. It is caused by a version-incompability in mime.conf
processing caused by a change to support when the extension indicates
both file type and encoding, such as .tgz which is gzip:ed tar. My
intention from the beginning was to be compatible with old mime.conf
configurations, but ubviously I forgot this on the way.

I'll refine the change to be compatible with old mime.conf
configurations (and remove the "workaround" from the distributed
mime.conf). A diff is submitted to Duane, and available from my www
page.

It is possible that Squid has cached the listing. Try "reload".

etc/mime.conf contains all icon configuration, except the icon directory
which is configured in squid.conf.
