Never mind. Just did a reconfigure/rebuild and icons are there. doh.

Small problem w/ icons for FTP service... got this trying to access
prep.ai.mit.edu.

Lots of broken icons for everything except text file... I swapped in the default
mime.conf file and restarted, cleared the browser cache, but still get the
"(null)"s for icons.

How does this get configured?
