Possibly, but I'm not a Squid developer so I don't know what other
implications this would have. As I mentioned in my previous post, I
don't like using workarounds that might limit the functionality of
otherwise properly-behaving software when the real problem is
elsewhere. Broken systems never get fixed as long as you keep
accommodating them.
