"Error Invalid Req"

Hi,
I have just installed squid 1.1.22 on Solaris 2.6 as well as Transproxy on
a separate box running slackware. It all seems to be running ok. I have
run this configuration before without any problems. We just upgraded our
disk as requests were slow when our disk was full. Anyway now, all of a
sudden, when I tail the access.log I seem to see "ERR_INVALID_REQ/400 350
GET - - NONE/--" pop up in every 3rd or 4th line. The proxy seems to be
sending the correct data to the clients and the pages are loading fully on
the browsers. Can anyone tell me where I should start looking? I have
checked my squid.conf and everything seems pretty standard.
