I have 2 cache servers setup up as sibling to each other. After they run
for a while this error begins to show up in the cache.log file:

comm_udp_sendto: FD 63, 209.210.176.32, port 3130: (11) Resource
temporarily unavailable

The address is always that of the sibling it is trying to contact. The
longer the systems run the slower the cache gets and the more the error
shows up, thousands of times one right after the other. There also appears
to be several forwarding loops detected. I have tried several of the
suggestions to avoid forwarding loops but none seem to work. The 2 servers
both have different visible host names. I tried to use the example of an
acl but apparently the cache_host_acl is no longer supported.

suggestions?
