Cache Manager Problem

Hi,

        Whenever I use cachemgr.cgi it would always cause a "FATAL Received Segment Violation ... dying"
    error when I choose on "cache information". Before the error will occur a "Document No Data" will
    appear on my browser as I would click on "cache information" on the Cachemgr.cgi.

        What causes this problem.
