I just tried it with Communicator 4.5 prof and Squid2.1PACH1 and
"uri_whitespace encode" and it worked.

The query looked like this: http://keyword.netscape.com/keyword/Ford%20Tourus

I'm not sure when this log entry is printed (before or after the white space
encode in squid) but I'm pretty sure Netscape encoded the space itself.
