Denying URLs

First of all, i'd like to thank all the people that replied to the Post
"Question of which to choose". All the information there are really
great. And AFAIK, it's really true. :)

I got a question. I was able to configure the cachemgr.cgi. I was able
to view all the status. There is a link there that points to IPCACHE.
How would we include the ip address of my users accessing the url. So
I'll know, who are accessing the sites.

Another is, I've seen some acls that denies specific sites. The example
was the word "cook" included on the URL, but it says that denying cook
wouldnt deny "Cook" or "cooK". Can someone please give me an example
that denies URL to playboy.com or penthouse.com and is not
case-sensitive. Thanks again.
