not cached local

Hi ,

I have a small problam with my squid, ( 1.1.15 )
I have access to two different squid's at two locations ( both on slow
links) I have no other access to the net, I have set my local squid to use
both as parents and this works , but I'd like to cache local ,

can I do this ?
