Disk space over limit

My logfile cache.log tell me every 10 s the message :
1998/12/29 16:14:25| WARNING: Disk space over limit: 3547939 KB > 1024000 KB

1998/12/29 16:14:45| WARNING: Disk space over limit: 3547939 KB > 1024000 KB

and the process squid take more than 92% of CPU and few memory I think it's
not normal ?

what does it mean ??

I'm running SunOs 4.1.4 with 1024 FD
Squid 2.0
Mem 128 Mo
Disk 1Go

and my squid.conf contains :

cache_mem 20 MB
cache_dir /squid/cache 1000 16 256
