Resume Download from SQUID

Hi,

i'm using Squid in my company from 1997 and I think that is a good
proxy server (yesterday it crashed hard for the first time but this
is onother story).

I have a problem, when a user try to resume a download from a site
using Get Right with proxy settings on, squid not work . MS Proxy
works without problems.

Any Sugg.?
