Yes, but you probably want the user to re-authenticate and this is a
entirely different thing. Once a user has authenticated themselves the
browser caches the password, and keeps it cached until the user exits
the browser.

It is however theoretically possible to implement a system with
time-limits, by implementing the limit in the proxy_auth authentication
program (and use a "short" authentication TTL in squid.conf).
