comm_write: fd_table[232].rwstate != NULL

Hi All,

The above error message gets logged in my cache.log. I turned on the
debug level 5 for debug section 5 and I got this:

Do you have any ideas? (host OS: Solaris 7, squid-version: 2.1-PATCH2 +
patches)

The error message occurs usually in rush hours and whenever such
messages are logged random requests are stalled for a couple of seconds.
