cachemgr and cache peers ..

All,

I'm just wondering about a statistic reported by the cachemgr relating to
cache peers (using 'server_list').

PINGS SENT : 204154
PINGS ACKED: 200308 98%
FETCHES : 4348 2%
IGNORED : 51861 26%

What exactly is the 'ignored' figure referring to?
