Unfortunately it is not that simple. Squid nowdays only maintains a hash
of the URL in it's store indexes, not the full URL. The URLs are only
stored on disk in the cache files.

There is a script floating around which walks thru the cache files and
purges those matching a given pattern. Try searching squid-users
archives.
