Problem: Failed to select source

The following lines show in my cache.log. I have about 100 of these every
day and if you try rerequesting them, it goes fine.

1999/05/05 09:22:29| Failed to select source for
'http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/gomsdn.asp?target=/workshop/author/html/htmlwiz.asp'
1999/05/05 09:22:29| always_direct = -1
1999/05/05 09:22:29| never_direct = 1
1999/05/05 09:22:29| timedout = 0

We have 4 differen parent proxys defined, all with the same entry types:

cache_peer_access <proxyname> allow extern
cache_peer_access <proxyname> deny intranet

Does anyone have an idea?
