curious TCP_ error

Hi !

Does someone know what the following log entry wants to tell me ?

926678984.360 6850 194.163.250.8 TCP_MISS_PRIVATE_PROXY_ONLY/000 0 GET http://www.oth.net/ - DIRECT/- text/html CLIENT_ABORT_QUICK

I didn't find any information in the docs and faq's about this TCP_MISS
... perhaps someone has a pointer for me :-)
