What does your access log say? Is there many TCP_MISS/200 or mostly
TCP_MISS/304? (TCP_MISS/200 is candidates for caching, TCP_MISS/304 is
clients revalidating their local cache and can't currently be cached).
And are you sure you haven't disabled caching using the proxy-only
cache_peer option, or no_cache directive?
