That you haven't completed the installation of Squid.

The default install is to deny everything (except localhost in the
RedHat config). You need to configure which hosts that have access to
the proxy. The reason to this is network security, since a proxy is a
very poverful communication tool and configured wrongly it may open huge
security holes in your network.
