It is not critical, but may be a sign of problem if you receive it very
often. When Squid fails to swap in a cached object (TCP_SWAPFAIL_MISS)
then it will instead process the request as a cache miss.

There is a race condition in Squid which may cause TCP_SWAPFAIL_MISS
from time to time, so you do not need to be alarmed if it is only seen
occationally.
