dhcp server conflict

Greetings,
seems my dhcp server [ Paul Vixie/ISC DHCPd. ] is listening to port
3128:

[squid@earth squid]$ netstat -na inet | grep 3128
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:3128 0.0.0.0:*
LISTEN
[squid@earth squid]$

the same port that Netsape is configured to go out on. What would be the
best way around this. Stop dhcpd from listening to that port or config
squid for another port for internet access.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Pete
