Is there any way to configure squid so that it will cache webpages much
in the same way that a browser will store pages in its cache locally so that
you do not even have to be on line to pull up these cached web sites? I
would like to use squid not only to reduce bandwidth consumpsion but also as
a safety net in case we should temporarily loose internet connectivity.
