I included that #define and now it compiles ok.

But when I try to start it, it says:
1999/07/02 22:04:15| assertion failed: MemPool.c:153: "TheMeter.idle.level <=
new_limit"
and exit.

I tested with 2 systems:
linux/2.0.33/libc5
linux/2.2.6/glibc2.1
