I solve my problem using Suse Kernel 2.0.36 with Michael O'Reilly
"filehandle_patch_linux_v8_04" (remaking Kernel and Squid). Thank all for help.
Note: using linux-2.0.36.SuSE.tgz kernel is not so easy... if anyone need
help I'm here :)))
