        It is clear that you are trying to violate the
        protocol, but not clear what you intend to achieve.

        any effect, because I would expect nearly all
        such pages to be uncacheable. But, in any case,
        we can't answer the question unless you tell us
        what you want to achieve; the defaults should
        produce "correct behaviour", but you appear not
        to want correct behaviour.
