What is these errors ?

Hello,

Today when I checked my squid's cache.log I found some strange errors which
I've never seen before.

cache.log
---------
1999/07/25 11:01:03| icmpRecv: Bad opcode: 47
1999/07/25 11:01:22| icmpRecv: recv: (61) Connection refused

I was recompiling my squid the day before yesterday with these prefix :
--enable-cache-digests
--enable-delay-pools
--enable-icmp

Is it because the above prefix that caused the errors, because those error
always appear in cache.log everytime squid's try to Configuring Parents.
FYI, I do add no-digest for our non ICP parents.

Any suggestions on how to solve this errors ?
