     Invalid URL

Some aspect of the requested URL is incorrect. Possible problems:

Missing or incorrect access protocol (should be `http://'' or similar)
     Missing hostname
     Illegal double-escape in the URL-Path
Illegal character in hostname; underscores are not allowed  "

The URL is correct. I can access it perfectly without using  Squid.

My guess is Squid doesn't like the use of unescaped "/"s in the DATAINI and DATAFIM  fields. To check this, why don't you try to enter the URL manually, putting %2F in place of the forward slashes?

Oh, by the way, I got a "Not Found" error when trying to go to that URL.
