ICP_HIT_OBJ

Hi All,
I was wondering if it is still possible to use OP_HIT_OBJ as an opcode ?
And if it is can someone told me how it the payload in this case is
implemented in squid? The problem is that according to RFC one need to
include the size of the data right after url but it it doesn't look like
so in some of the papers about ICP. The other (connected question) is
how the data should look like:
just a url+size+plain text (fe), or usr+size+headers + text, and what
headers can be included ?
