X-Cache: and X-Cache-Lookup:

Hi,

When logging mime headers (log_mime_hdrs on) I notice two entries in
access.log for every object which is received: X-Cache: MISS and
X-Cache-Lookup: HIT

What is the difference between the two and why do both appear in the
headers? Is it because I am using digests?
